Who we are

Appart-hôtel spa Perpignan is a set of 4-star rated tourist apartments located in an old building from 1887 signed by Jean Sarda. The building’s walls are 60 cm thick and have 15 cm of biosourced insulation, ensuring optimal comfort in both summer and winter.

The apartments, ranging from 25 to 50m2, have been carefully renovated and designed to offer maximum comfort to guests during short stays. All apartments have either wired or wireless internet access, air conditioning, double-glazed windows, and a motion-detection ventilation system. The spacious beds, with a dimension of 160-180cm by 200cm, are equipped with 24cm high spring mattresses to ensure a restful sleep.

For moments of relaxation, the rooms are equipped with various relaxation amenities, such as a bathtub, a whirlpool bath, a double whirlpool bath, a steam room, and a terrace.

The apartments also have soundproof doors and carefully placed insulation between apartments to ensure optimal privacy.
